Meraki Theatre’s FREE Mental Health Arts Week For Youth. Stronger Together combines both mental health resources and strategies (offered through Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba) along with daily arts classes taking place over an entire week. .

Stronger Together is open to ALL YOUTH.
We have 2 recommended age categories: Ages 7-12 and ages 13-18.
This event will be completely free for youth and all programming will center around self-compassion, empowerment, community, and self-love.

Weekend programming (Saturday and Sunday) will be during the day between 2:30 - 5:00pm and weeknight programming (Monday-Friday) will take place in the evenings between 6:00pm-9:00pm.
Stronger Together will be taking place at the CCFM (Franco Manitoban Cultural Centre) located at 340 Provencher Blvd.
Programming, artists and classes will be announced on November 8th, the same day registration opens!

As many as you like! There is no limit. If you’d like to come every day of the week, you are more than welcome to!

You are welcome to! There is free parking at the CCFM and parents are welcome to stay. We will have a table set up from Mood Disorders of Manitoba offering resources and the opportunity to chat with them. There is a restaurant on site (Stella’s) if you’d like to stay in the building and grab some food.

No hidden costs - no cost period! This event is 100% free. Our goal is to remove financial barriers to access arts and mental health programming in the city.
